"कैसा हराया" fame AIMIM Corporator Sahar Shaikh crying victimhood now, but doesn't answer single question on her alleged forged documents. She's accused of allegedly obtaining fake caste certificate to contest the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) elections from a reserved seat. Thane tehsildar has recently conducted an inquiry into the documents she submitted. After noting serious errors & discrepancies in her caste certificate has recommended further action against her incl cancellation of her election. Beyond losing her seat, she faces potential criminal charges for misleading Govt agencies and forgery under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (formerly IPC). The matter is now subjudice. Truth will prevail.
