@BestBuy on November 4th 2025, I purchased an Acer Helios 16s Ai laptop from you guys using your progressive leasing services. Purchased on the 4th, picked up on the 5th of November of 2025. After a day of using the laptop i had to open said laptop to install an m.2 and ram.

@acer has denied warranty stating that the laptop was water damaged and they won’t warranty it. Mark kept saying it’s water damaged it’s water damaged. Here’s the day after picking up my laptop.
