It has all the benefits of a shared sequencer, plus it brings instant communication between VMs, as they exist within a single rollup.

@asbjornenge @memforget @ArthurB @Marigold_Dev 3/? Also, the shared sequencer will need to sustain the throughput of several rollups, which might cause it to become a bottleneck. One reason for a shared sequencer would be if rollups were able to communicate with each other, which is not the case.
