@bendizhodouglas May she rest in peace. Esteri was a very talented and kind soul. She’ll be missed.

My heart is aching. I am trembling.
Yesterday, my gut kept telling me to check on her but the workload overwhelmed me. Now she is gone!.
Its with a heavy heart that i make this post. Our beloved Esteri Tebandeke has passed on. She has been in hospital for a while following her kidney condition fight. In 2022, Esteri underwent a kidney transplant procedure after her husband, Samuel Lutaata Tebandeke donated his kidney to her. Everything was ok until Esther's body started rejecting the new kidney. Just a few days ago, i shared the call for assistance which the family needed due to the high hospital bills. Esteri was severely unwell and on oxygen in the High Dependency Unit of Nakasero with a daily bill of 4m.
We kept positive and believed for a miracle but unfortunately, this morning we have received the bad news. ESTERI HAS GONE TO BE WITH THE LORD.
Last year, she introduced Binti Film Festival which had a very successful first edition and she had bigger plans for this year's edition. She has performed on stage (dancer & actor) and film in different projects like Queen of Katwe, Imperial Blue, Cooking Oil etc
Born in 1984, Esteri has lived a very artistic life and i am glad we crossed paths.
Rest Well Esteri.
To Samuel, her husband, thank you for standing and may the almighty comfort you.
Details about celebrating Esteri's life will be shared soon

🚨Sadio Mane OFFICIAL Statement:
What happened has gone too far. This is not the football we fight for, not the Africa we believe in.
There is too much corruption in our game, and it’s killing the passion of millions of fans across the continent. Players give everything on the pitch, but decisions off it are deciding matches and trophies.
I’m deeply disappointed not just for Senegal, but for African football as a whole. We deserve better. The fans deserve fairness, transparency, and respect.

Wendy and Diana the two young innocent women face life in prison in Uganda today and their only crime is a kiss. It’s very disappointing that they also want to engage them in a Conversion Therapy which could be damaging and dangerous to them. FREE WENDY AND DIANA. Love is not a crime🏳️🌈
Boycott Job Richard matua (@job_matua ) who is currently engaged in making these two young women be in prison for longer with no reason, just hate against LGBTQ Ugandans.

Mourn then look around for opportunities that are low hanging fruit. Win. Keep going for more. The good news is the knocks are no longer devastating. Courage is built here. You see a side of yourself, you’d never have seen.
