Message from Team
We’ve been monitoring the sentiment around $ACID for some time now and want to take a moment to speak on a few key topics transparently.
Market Making
A reputable market maker was engaged to help sustain volume and support natural growth from the start, based on a customized liquidity provisioning framework and a structured supply-to-volume agreement instead of a traditional volume-to-supply agreement.
Sell Pressure
The token faced overwhelming sell pressure from early buyers shortly after launch. In response, the ACID Treasury deployed over ~$800K USD through active buybacks to defend the chart and support holders. Despite our efforts, over ~$300K was ultimately lost as buyback activity was closely monitored and repeatedly timed by external participants which dumped on our bids.
Buybacks & Flow
Despite some speculation, there has been no team-side profiting. Every outbound movement tied to operations, liquidity routing, or contractual obligations was cycled back into the chart. At no point was any team allocation sold for gain.
Moving Forward
Acid Assistant was always an ambitious and experimental product. While we remain committed to the vision of browser-native Web3 automation, we also recognize where expectations were misaligned. The team will take this time to revisit ACID’s product narrative, explore new directions more suited to current market needs, and refine our core mechanics.
We’re taking this time to reflect, regroup, and rebuild with greater clarity.

Staking Update
The audit by @hackenclub is complete.
Staking will go live in the coming days, following final deployment and verification.
$ACID rewards will be distributed proportionally to your $ALCH stake, with a curve designed to reward early participants.
Further details will be shared at launch.
Zero-Shot Visual Engine
ACID’s new zero-shot engine doesn’t just read web pages, it sees them.
By capturing a live screenshot and breaking it into visual segments, ACID identifies buttons, fields, and key UI elements without needing manual labels.
It uses a model trained specifically on web interfaces, combined with an LLM that helps confirm or refine what’s detected. This hybrid approach makes it reliable even on complex or constantly changing websites, allowing ACID to interact like a real user would.
Staking Update
We’re currently awaiting the final audit clearance from @hackenclub, which has taken longer than anticipated.
Our commitment remains firm on launching with full security and compliance. We appreciate your patience, staking will go live as soon as the audit is finalized.
Quick Actions
ACID parses the page context in real time to surface context-aware suggestions.
Depending on what you're viewing, it can offer actions like summarizing text, researching entities, auto-filling fields, or extracting structured data.
Designed for fast interaction and minimal context-switching.
Smart Triggers
ACID now supports dynamic monitoring of hotel and flight prices using smart triggers.
Set your destination, timeframe, and budget.
ACID runs in the background, tracks price changes, and alerts you when it’s time to book.
Book smarter with $ACID
Autofill Assist
Save common inputs like your name, email, or address once and ACID will auto-fill them whenever similar fields appear across websites.
Smart, secure, and context-aware.
Predefined Routines
Create reusable prompt workflows with a custom title, launch them anytime with a single click.
Ideal for recurring tasks like opening a specific work setup, logging into dashboards, or kicking off on-chain research flows.
Save time. Standardize action. Run on command.

Smart metrics surface as you browse. Imagine instant swaps, PnL, fund exposure, and more, right where you need them.
We’re building ACID around real Web3 behavior.
What else should your trading assistant do?
We’re listening.
Smart Web3 Overlay Hub
ACID injects a real-time, wallet-aware UI layer across supported DeFi platforms. Enabling execution, analytics, and tracking without context switching.
• Inline Token Intelligence: Volume, liquidity, market cap, holder metrics, contract flags.
• One-Click Actions: Swap, analyze, or set alerts directly from overlay.
• Phantom-Connected Asset View: Live token holdings, entry prices, and portfolio exposure.
• Modular UI: Enable/disable per site or globally from settings.
Built as a command surface for Web3.
Minimal surface, maximum context.
🧠Smart Trigger System
Prompt ACID to define custom triggers. ACID interprets intent, sets background monitors, and watches for on-chain or in-browser conditions.
When criteria are met, users receive real-time alerts with one-click, context-aware execution.
You can also query ACID for available triggers anytime.
We have already addressed your original question. To clarify once more: funds were directed to centralized exchanges and decentralized bridges with the intent to reduce potential red flags on platforms like Bubblemaps and to prevent the spread of misinformation and unwarranted FUD.
It appears there may be a misunderstanding regarding how redistribution through fresh channels works. How these fresh wallets receive funds, are through old bundles being marked as sold, while the tokens are being re-purchased on new wallets.
For the record, the team has not made any profits from the launch to date. Market makers are solely responsible for determining which wallets to buy from and sell to. As previously noted, there are numerous fresh wallets that have purchased $ACID and have not sold, clearly it shows that we had a exit plan in mind.
So I'll say again:
We encourage a clearer understanding of the role market makers play in this space. We've stated our position and trust the community to form their own judgments. While we cannot prevent you guys from spreading FUD, we do ask for fairness and responsibility, as such actions negatively impact teams genuinely working to build in this ecosystem.
The team didn’t answer the original question.
We asked about funds sent to Binance not wallets receiving SOL from Binance.
Let’s break it down:
Wallet (E8qBD4MaC8PjrHUgEkZAKQr6XD1XUm5yDKAznLtS8Ymc) you posted is directly linked to wallet (3zmpr34685J792RKNrYHiwgYGWE7sAGCbfCv8rjm93MB) that bought 8.3% of the supply for $1.3K on the bonding curve
The wallet E8qB...Ymc you posted is funded by (9Hx2NqfutBU4RGUaDJ549SU1KhTQ6sB2sEJ9u1bynHnS) and linked to (3zmpr34685J792RKNrYHiwgYGWE7sAGCbfCv8rjm93MB) both part of wallets that sold $ACID for profit just 18 hrs ago
wallet 14cvjFa28cAUBWkspz7LPnRjXYZ8pMffNte15ZUFPjtK received 1,645 SOL from Binance 9 hrs ago, then bought $88K worth of tokens
So I’ll ask again:
Is this not the same recycling method the team is using to pump the chart, fake momentum, and exit silently?
This might be one of the cleanest, most strategic on-chain heists you’ll see this week.
They bought the bonding curve for $12.29K and have extracted over $400K from holders.
Let’s break down the $ACID blueprint and how this team keeps pumping and dumping the chart using the guise of market making to extract liquidity without you realizing.
Gladly. Our market makers actively redistribute SOL through a variety of channels—including centralized exchanges and decentralized bridges, with the goal of mitigating potential red flags on platforms like Bubblemaps and reducing misinformation and FUD.
For instance, consider the following wallets:
E8qBD4MaC8PjrHUgEkZAKQr6XD1XUm5yDKAznLtS8Ymc
14cvjFa28cAUBWkspz7LPnRjXYZ8pMffNte15ZUFPjtK
These have received over 1,500 SOL from Binance and have had those funds strategically reintegrated into the ecosystem. This is just a sample, there are more than 10 wallets I could highlight to illustrate this point further.
We encourage more thoughtful and informed discussion moving forward, as unfounded accusations can damage the reputation of legitimate projects and mislead the community.
Can you explain this?
Wallet ( 96UDtmbLhj7ftT4vraxZM6wLSWT6xE2wHX9A5odC1Y7q) bought 54.58M tokens for $1.7K on the bonding curve. This wallet is linked to the team.
The wallet sold tokens and then sent $SOL to binance exchange.
Why was $135.59K sent to binance exchange after selling $ACID
