That is why the "the cow shit Santhanis brain" believed that the Earth was spherical and the planetary system was helio-centric for centuries while " the cow flesh nurtured Christian brain" could not accept it and believed it to be flat and that the Sun went around the Earth. The Church was ready to burn Galileo for contradicting it. Jesus Christ was rendered history when He could have been contemporary.

Thankyou for your clean confession about what bigotry your religions teach. Once again, I am saying. A god who sent prophets only to the twelve tribes of Israel in the Levant, and one Quraysh tribe in Arabia, ignoring the rest of humanity for 3000 years since creation , yet punishing all of them with eternal hellfire, for not worshipping him exclusively , cannot be the God for everyone, who created the entire universe. A god who never incarnates on earth or would incarnate only one time at one place among one people, cannot demand worship from all of humanity. A god who commands and would accept prayers only in one language from all people, can’t be the god for everyone. A god who forgives all sorts of sins of people who worship him yet who sends away all others, who worship no god or other gods, into hellfire, even if they are otherwise pious, is not a god but a cult leader. A god who revealed his revelations only to a small minority of the world population and relies on the conquest of empires to spread his worship to all humans is a lazy god, who instead of revealing to every nation in their own language and culture and tastes, has outsourced his divine potency unto dirty humans and their brutal empires. If you still believe in this, it is okay. You can teach it and preach it inside your own churches and mosques. In public atleast, have the decency to not disparage the majority faith that are otherwise hospitable to you. I don’t like lot of people genuinely but I don’t disparage them or insult them in public and restrict it to my private circle. When it comes to caste or gender or race or language or ethnicity, disparaging and demonising that of another person in public is illegal. Then, why should the literal demonisation of the gods of other people in public not attract the same penalty? Like every other bigotry and supremacy an demonisation (w.r.t gender, caste, race, ….), confine your religious supremacy and demonisation of other religions in the private realm and your own places of worship and behave decently in public. It is not curbing freedom of religion but demanding basic public decency. How come demonising the gender, caste, or ethnicity of other people is considered distasteful in public, but how can the demonising the gods of other people suddenly become kosher or halāl just because it is a core tenet of your religion ? Btw this is the same law that holds in Singapore. Public preaching is not allowed; just invite people to your places of worship without denigrating other religions; once they accept the invitation and come to your places of worship, you can be as bigoted and demonising about any religion as you want there.

Natural stupidity beats AI every time. Historians broadly agree. Not completely. Most historians accept, not all. That is why I mentioned that historians cannot be depended upon for validation. A I also hallucinates. By the way I believe that Jesus was Jewish rabbi who was crucified for challenging the Jewish priests at the Temple. I also believe that His teachings were distorted by the Church to suit their quest for power. Today He has been reduced to a brand ambassador for marketing a flawed philosophy.

More than my reading it is probably you who have to read it with an open mind if possible. Manu Smriti distinguishes between Varna and Jaati. Both are not by birth. Quoting out of context with little understanding and with an agenda in mind does not lend to a good argument. Historians also told me that caste was a Hindu abomination before I learnt that it was derived from casta a Portuguese word and practice. Historians also assert tht that Christ did not exist. So the question of BCE or CE will be a misnomer.Do let us not depend on them for any validation.

BCD crude is 15%+10%cess. With increase in crude prices+freight+insurance revenue is higher. Crude cost+refining cost+others is 45%of the cost of fuel the rest being taxes and commission. VAT is % of the selling price by refiners. Increase by 5-8per litre could offset the increase in price of crude. The loss of revenue to govt will be negligible. Loss to companies will be nil. State govt will gain. Customers will pay same or higher price. Rs 5 charged for road infra continues even after increasing toll.

@acitizenwrites @ANI central government will lose because the excise is not a percentage on base price. It was a fixed ₹19.90, and now decreased by about ₹10 Oil companies don't gain anything, because cost has increased and is passed on. State VAT is on base+excise, so that will not change either

#WATCH | Delhi: On Opposition criticising the slashing of excise duty on petrol & diesel that it will not benefit public, Union FM Nirmala Sitharaman says, "If oil marketing companies are not given this support, public will have to pay a higher price for every litre of petrol and diesel. So, this is not a benefit for them. But it is the Govt which is absorbing the shock due to the increase in price abroad. So, that the burden does not fall on public."

First Hinduism is not a religion but a way of life. Second Hindu philosophy does not divide society but it classifies the nature of the individuals in society and that is not based on birth. Third it is the Church and more particularly the European which divided society on the basis of birth. Caste is a European construct falsely attributed to Hinduism to propagate an imaginary egalitarian Christian society. The word caste itself is European.

What is happening in Pakistan? 200% hike on high octane fuel, 20% hike on petrol and diesel happened overnight. Petrol now is sold at 321 PKR a litre. Smart lockdowns announced in Sindh province, so that their fuel can be conserved. Restricting movement, gatherings and public events. Schools are shut for two weeks. Government offices have moved to four day working week. Private offices told to shift 50% staff to work from home. We're not doing any of it. Still some leaders are spreading rumours that there will be lockdown. This rumour mongering should not happen. It's being done to spread fear. Markets and shopping centres are ordered to be closed by 9.30 PM in Pakistan. These are all the media reports. All universities shut down and shifted to online learning in Bangladesh as there's no electricity. Five hour rotational power cuts are happening. Implemented for domestic consumers in the city of Dhaka. Fuel station across Dhaka closed due to shortage of octane and diesel. So, the situation across the world is not good. We're managing in a way that our citizens don't face any difficulty. There's a contrast in price I want to say. In India, nothing has changed. Whereas in Pakistan, plus 20% to plus 200% price depending on petrol, diesel, high octane etc. Bangladesh has rationed stations closed, supply cut 10 to 15%. Excise duty action, we have cut Rs. 10 per litre. Neither Pakistan nor Bangladesh have responded. So, India among these neighbourhood countries is maintaining a level of stability. We're following Hon'ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji's guidance on the same. - Smt @nsitharaman in Rajya Sabha

@aravind Does it mean that oil companies will raise prices but the cost the nozzle end will be same because of lower duties? In any case where will be the "great sacrifice" since lower duties on higher fuel costs will be same as higher duties on lower cost.

In Australia, Pakistan, Thailand, petrol has run out in many of their bunks. In the US, Europe, and China petrol prices have risen up to 50%. India has so far managed so well this fuel crisis. But if the crisis continues, an increase in prices is inevitable. Yet such timely measures by the govt to reduce duty and impose additional duty on exports definitely help. Commendable economic management during another crisis by the finance minster yet again. Crisis after crisis we have seen her keep inflation low and still deliver economic growth to a $4.5T diverse economy.
Nirmala Sitharaman@nsitharaman

In view of the West Asia crisis, the central excise duty on petrol and diesel for domestic consumption has been reduced by ₹10 per litre each. This will provide protection to consumers from rise in prices. Hon. PM @narendramodi has always ensured that citizens are protected from vagaries of supply and costs of essential goods. Further, duties have been imposed on exports of Diesel at ₹21.5 per litre and on ATF at ₹29.5 per litre. This will ensure adequate availability of these products for domestic consumption. The Parliament has been notified about the same.

WHY THIS ISN'T INDIA'S WAR TO MEDIATE The Opposition has sharpened its attack on the Modi-led NDA, accusing it of ceding diplomatic space to Pakistan as the latter positions itself as a mediator in the Gulf war. The Opposition argues that India, once seen as a key regional voice, is now reduced to the “sidelines” due to what it calls “strategic silence” and growing “diplomatic invisibility.” The criticism is clearly designed to pressure New Delhi into adopting a more visibly assertive role as the opposition feels restraint symbolises weakness. While there is a compelling case to be made for India inserting itself in a manner commensurate with its regional stature, this isn’t that conflict. Nor is it the moment. Here’s why. First, no country can be an effective mediator without real influence. Mediation works when both sides believe the mediator can shift outcomes. As thing stand India doesn’t have real leverage over the protagonists. India imports over 60% of its crude from the Gulf, it has no military footprint or security role in the conflict. Its strength is economic and diplomatic not coercive. That means India cannot be a decisive arbiter. Second, India’s proximity to risk is another major disincentive. India has over 8-9 million citizens living and working in the Gulf, and the region accounts for a major share of its energy imports and remittance inflows. At last count the remittances bring in $40 billion annually. Taking a full-on mediatory role could complicate evacuation plans and expose assets at a time when safeguarding people and supplies is paramount. Pakistan is just getting a taste of how its decision to mediate could backfire. For instance, the IRGC navy halted a Pakistan bound energy tanker in the strait of Hormuz as Tehran wants to ensure it has leverage over Islamabad to keep it honest when mediation begins. Third, timing is everything in diplomacy. Wars only end when costs begin to outweigh gains on both sides. Right now, both sides are still signalling strength. Neither of them believes they are losing and are therefore not willing to listen to each other in a meaningful way which is the first step to compromise. America’s 10-point peace proposal is an example of U.S. being tone deaf to Iran’s concerns and priorities. In its present state the U.S. 10-point peace proposal is not a white flag but a red rag. That timing matters was exemplified by the fact the even Trump couldn’t bring Putin or Zelenskyy to agrees to a cessation of hostilities as both nations were not ready to concede ground as they felt they can still win the war. None of this precludes a role for India. But the more effective play may lie in facilitation and that too behind-the-scenes. Given its good equations with all sides India can be a great help in keeping diplomatic channels open and coordinating with key regional actors. Sometimes in diplomacy it is the gloved hand that can shape visible outcomes. --- END NOTE TO READERS: Rate this for Logic, language, flow, form and Substance.

If a person who was originally born into a Scheduled Caste and later converted to Christianity wants to convert back to Hinduism, Sikhism or Buddhism and claim Scheduled Caste status again. It said that three conditions must be satisfied: 👉 The person must first clearly prove that they were originally born into a caste that is listed as a Scheduled Caste. 👉 The person must show genuine reconversion to Hinduism, Sikhism or Buddhism, and clear renunciation of Christianity or any other religion they had adopted earlier. 👉 The person must also prove that members of their original caste community have accepted them back into the community.

According to some reports, the Americans are ready to do a deal on 3 fundamental issues: Iran renouncing the nuke program and handing over enriched uranium; Iran agreeing to cap its missile program; Iran opening Strait of Hormuz. But the fact is Iran was already negotiating an end to its nuke weapons program and was going far beyond expectations; the Strait of Hormuz was OPEN before the war started; the missile program was an issue and why would Iran agree to giving up its most potent non-nuke capability to defend itself. So what does Trump get which he didnt already have when he started the war?

Clarification: My support for India has always been genuine and consistent, it’s not a trend. It comes from love, respect, understanding, and a belief in a strong India–Afghanistan relationship for a better future. Last night, while replying to a friend, I mentioned India’s strengths like BrahMos, Rafale jets, and the strategic patience of its policymakers. It was meant as both appreciation and a call for military support for Afghanistan against Team 93k, nothing more. Unfortunately, some misunderstood it, and Asim Munir and Shehbaz Sharif trolls tried to twist it, so I deleted the tweet. My respect for India remains strong and clear. 🇮🇳🤝🇦🇫
