@coachk424 Purpose greater than the pain? Cost vs. reward? Organizational alignment? Are we willing to stay the course? What needs refinement? Pivot? Noting changes, unless you do = growth

@acreshenry Perhaps I should say, not all change results in positive growth or change in the direction we'd like. Sometimes change is just for change sake. Sometimes we may change but the change is regression. Is all "growth" then positive? How do we know? Reflection? Feedback? etc.

When coaches say “You need to get comfortable being uncomfortable” What is your definition of “uncomfortable”?

@coachk424 What is the purpose? Reflection, feedback are pieces of the puzzle in development planning, of the actionable steps, the base drivers of the desired change. What is the goal? What does it feel like- look like, smell like? How do you know/measure?

@coachk424 Change for change sake goes against human nature. We desire and our minds and body - constantly feed us “just be” signals. The desired - so called - change is in actuality driven by the desire to stay the same = the same result Definition of insanity....
