I don’t think this is necessarily a good way forward, but it undeniably works, veitnam is doing similar, it allows you to break out of colonial relations and also gives you a good baseline for further growth… I just don’t really think it’s socialism.

I mean the steps are pretty simple 1. Proletarian revolution 2. Actually build some basic functioning infrastructure and industry 3. Let the west give you infinite money in investment 4. Retain control over all the new stuff stuff being made with the investment.

@acrid1949 Namibia's Indigenous people have gained certain institutional power with laws for redistributing land from settlers to Indigenous people but the government has failed to practice these laws (because they still give settlers, who own most of the land/wealth, democratic rights)
