The Acting Class
@actingclassdoc
Documentary exploring difficulties facing working class actors in the film, television and acting industries-also film and class in general -its a bit political

Simple answer Zack. Our job is to report. We interview you & those you quote who use the word genocide. We do the same for those who disagree. We also report that no international court has yet made a judgment. Nor has the UN. That’s not me or the BBC taking sides or downplaying what’s happened in Gaza. It’s doing our job.

But Nick you don’t “interview those who use the word genocide”. I’m one of the most prominent British genocide scholars and I called Israel’s genocide in October 2023. I’ve had a lot of international media attention but my BBC total in 30 months is one interview on Radio Ulster.

We have been granted leave to appeal (on all grounds) to take UCU back to tribunal. This is about getting a course correction so that UCU stops driving sex realists off campus - it is an important space to defend. We are not giving up. Help us if you can. crowdjustice.com/case/in-defenc…

If you care at all about Trans people in the UK, you MUST vote Green and get everyone you know to do the same. They have a real, honest shot at getting a majority in government. The polls all say so. But they can't do it if you don't vote.

An interesting list of connections. One important name is missing - Ellie Reeves (Lady Cryer). She flies very much under the radar but is seen as a prominent powerbroker in The Labour Party: Chair of the Labour Party. Minister Without Portfolio at Cabinet. National Campaign Coordinator during the General Election. Privy Counsellor. ‘Supporter of Labour Friends of Israel’. Chair of the Labour Party National Executive Committee (NEC). @UKLabour @LabourTogether @elliereeves

Israel has the right to defend itself.
