MacFarlane: And there’s that enormous monumental arch they’re planning that critics say would overshadow Arlington National Cemetery. Some iconography meant to make the president’s legacy stand out in the landscape is not only a major expense, it’s also a potential eyesore.

Tennessee Brando obliterates absurd MAGA talking point about Democrats and the KKK: "If there wasn't a party switch, I want you to do me a favor. Find the biggest redneck you can with a big Confederate flag flying off his trailer. Walk up, knock on his door and ask him why he voted for Kamala Harris."

Massie: I’m walking to an airplane to rejoin the most expensive congressional race in U.S. history. It’s turned into a referendum on whether Israel gets to buy seats in Congress. And what they found out is that my seat is really expensive. By the time this is over, they will probably have spent $20 million and come up short. I’ve never seen Great Britain, Australia, or even Germany play in our elections here in the United States. But Israel gets so much from the United States. It’s a one-sided relationship. They get us to be their proxies in wars they want against their enemies. They get our military assistance. They get our technology. They get our bombs. They get our tax dollars. And I think it’s a very one-sided relationship. At least with NATO, we pretend that they would come to our aid someday if we needed it—and even that’s a ruse.

AOC to Julian Andreone of Drop Site News on slush fund: It’s corruption. The judge basically said they wanted to dismiss the case, so they created this contrived settlement in order to enrich themselves. Andreone: Do you think Democrats would have a little bit more of a leg to stand on regarding corruption if they didn’t take corporate PAC money and trade stocks? AOC: Everyone in this place takes corporate money—Republicans and Democrats. I’m glad I don’t. Corporate money in this place just corrupts the whole system. We’ve got to take it out.

Trump on Taiwan: I’m not looking to have someone go independent. We’re supposed to travel 9,500 miles to fight a war—I’m not looking for that. I want them to cool down. I want China to cool down.

Rep. Massie to Julian Andreone: AIPAC is kind of a proxy for the military-industrial complex. When they used to try to lobby me, they tried to convince me that the aid to Israel would help our country because it would all be spent in gift certificates and sent to local Lockheed Martin and Raytheon outlets. And I’m not buying that. Americans are not better off when we build bombs for Israel and then pay for them and then drop them on people in the Middle East. This has a lot to do with the Epstein class. Is it just pure coincidence that one of the three big donors against me is in the Epstein files organizing an event for Howard Lutnick and shaking down Jeffrey Epstein for money for that event? I mean, I think it’s pretty interesting. And maybe Miriam Adelson and Paul Singer didn’t particularly go to Epstein Island. They probably have enough money to buy their own islands. But they certainly go to dinner with people who were at Epstein Island.

PabloReports: What do you make of this $1.7 billion slush fund that Trump is proposing for Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and pardoned fraudsters? Raskin: It’s illegal, unconstitutional, and outrageous. Congress controls the spending of money from the federal government, and we never voted to establish a $1.7 billion fund to pay off insurrectionists and his extremist private militias, and we would never spend money on that. So it needs to be blocked. It’s an absolute corruption and prostitution of the Judgment Fund.

PabloReports: Can you tell us a little bit more about this poem that it’s been alleged you read to your staff? Edwards: I’m not debating this gossip in public. I’m cooperating fully with the Ethics Committee, and I’m really excited for them to actually review the facts and get this matter behind us.

PabloReports: What do you make of this $1.7 billion slush fund that Trump is proposing from the IRS for January 6th insurrectionists and pardoned fraudsters? Tlaib: Criminals support criminals. It’s unbelievable that he would spend money on that, but not on all the different issues families are dealing with. Right now, the issue in my district is healthcare costs. The American people don’t deserve to be in survival mode—they deserve to thrive. But he can come up with money like this for war, to support his donors, and to support criminals. It’s shameful.

PabloReports: What do you make of this $1.7 billion slush fund that Trump is proposing from the IRS for January 6th insurrectionists and pardoned fraudsters? Johnson: That is the most outrageous proposal I’ve heard come out of this administration. Giving him a $1.7 billion fund to reward his friends—it’s just in-your-face corruption.

PabloReports: Can I ask you about this $1.7 billion that Trump is proposing from the IRS for January 6th insurrectionists and pardoned fraudsters? Nehls: We had a very corrupt previous administration, so we’ve got to do everything to make it right. The previous administration was very, very corrupt. It violated many people’s civil rights. They have the right to have their day in court.

PabloReports: What do you make of this $1.7 billion slush fund that Trump is proposing from the IRS for January 6th insurrectionists and pardoned fraudsters? Aguilar: This shouldn’t surprise anybody. This is a guy who pardoned 1,500 insurrectionists, and now, as part of that commitment to them, he wants to give them a check. It’s terrible, but this is exactly who he is.
