@fworksconfetti SSRIs are a huge problem

🇮🇱 Netanyahu: "It is really a war of civilization against the barbarians that we're fighting." Doesn't sound like he wants peace anytime soon.

🇺🇸 🇮🇷 Oil at $210 in Singapore. Fertilizer prices tripled. One rancher's feed bill jumped from $1,600 to $9,000. Former CIA officer Larry Johnson says the economic shockwave from this war hasn't even arrived yet. When it does, he expects it to look more like the Great Depression than a recession. Farmers across the U.S. and the world are already drowning. And the full collapse is still ahead of us.

🇮🇷🇮🇶🇺🇸 Iran-backed Iraqi militia just offered a deal for the kidnapped American journalist Shelly Kittleson, snatched in Baghdad this past Tuesday. Now Kataib Hezbollah says they’ll release her, but only if Iraq frees some of their detained fighters. Source: NYT

🚨🇺🇦🇮🇷 200 Ukrainian air defense specialists sent to the Middle East were stunned. U.S. and Gulf forces are reportedly firing up to 8 interceptor missiles… to take down one drone. Why this matters: Ukraine’s been doing this for years, and they’re prioritizing efficiency, mobility, and actually manning systems… not just throwing money at the sky. Meanwhile, billion-dollar radar systems are still getting picked off by cheap drones. At this rate, they'll run out of interceptors before Iran runs out of drones. Source: The Times

🇮🇷 MINES IN THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ COULD PARALYZE GLOBAL OIL CNN says that Iran may have begun mining the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most critical shipping corridors. Naval mines are extremely effective because you don’t need many to shut down traffic, insurers and shipping companies simply refuse to risk sending tankers through. Iran is believed to have thousands of naval mines and can deploy them quickly using small boats, submarines, or even disguised civilian vessels. The real problem comes after: clearing mines is slow, dangerous work, and even after a war ends it could take weeks to reopen the strait, keeping global oil flows disrupted. Source: CNN

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 IS TRUMP WINNING THE WAR… OR MAKING MARTYRS? The U.S. and Israel have clearly inflicted far more damage on Iran than Iran has managed in return, but killing leaders like Ali Khamenei may not be the simple victory many assume. In Shia Islam, martyrdom isn’t defeat, it’s honor, legitimacy, and a guaranteed place in paradise. So while Western analysts tally dead commanders as battlefield wins, the Iranian regime can frame the same deaths as divine validation and rallying fuel for millions of supporters across the region. And then there’s the geography problem. Iran is massive, mountainous, and built for strategic depth, far harder to invade or control than places like Iraq. Meanwhile, the U.S. and Israel are burning through missiles faster than they can manufacture them, raising questions about how long the current pace of strikes can actually be sustained. Short-term dominance on the battlefield doesn’t always translate into long-term strategic victory. As oil prices spike and the regime shows no signs of weakening its hold on the country, this could turn into a much longer conflict than Trump originally envisioned.

🚨 BREAKING: 🇮🇱🇮🇷 Netanyahu will hold a security meeting with top defense officials before convening the security cabinet. Israel is clearly positioning itself for the scenario in which things blow up with Iran. Source: Jerusalem Post
