The Void ended up becoming one of the most talked about rooms during YC week. We wanted to see what would happen if you put 150 high agency student founders in one room, gave them two hours to build and 60 seconds to pitch with no slides. What followed was 600+ applications on Luma, sharp conversations, people shipping things together and many meeting for the first time during YC week. A lot of them had flown into Bangalore from different parts of the country and ended up finding each other in this room. It somehow became the perfect mix of curation and scale. The craziest part, it was hosted by a 14-year-old and a 17-year-old.Huge shoutout to @SuryaUthkarsha and @ad1ceo for putting together one of the sharpest builder rooms of the week. We have also posted a bunch of builder interviews and clips from the room on our Instagram, definitely worth checking out. Definitely not the last time we do this.

the input interface has been the same for decades. with ai, software can now reason and act on your behalf but the interface is the bottleneck. why do i have to check sushi on 10 restaurants across 3 apps? why can't i just do it with a flick of a finger?! the world's about to get a new interface @agi_interfaces

Big thanks to everyone who showed up to make it real: → @SuryaUthkarsha6 and @ad1ceo ran The Void, pre-yc build sprint. 600+ apps, top 150 picked. → @aditi_sharma26, @Aryan_Mangla_ and @chaicoder ran the YC Pre Hours Rixer, a closed door meetup focused on deep-tech and had nvidia, microsoft, google, meta researchers in one room. → @megarish from @WazabiAI ran the tokenization vibecoding buildathon. Built in 6 days from a single tweet. One of the sharpest rooms i've been in.
