@HindwareApp Dear team , Last month a visit was made and I had specifically informed that flame ware coming out from beneath the burner , but the engineer ignored it . Yesterday when I used both burner, after some time there was a blast and the roughened glass broke.

@HindwareApp If something more serious had happened or someone had been injured, who would have taken responsibility? I request you to please replace this hob. Otherwise, I will be forced to approach the consumer cell. The risk is so high that I am now afraid to cook.
