@HindwareApp 11 din ho gye complaint kiye huye, aapke pas motor nahi stock me, kya hi ghatiya service hai aapki. Itne achche product sell karne ke baad ye hai aapki after sales service. Pathetic service. We are suffering. And @HindwareApp not listening.

@Hindware_India hello my complaint no. is IE047917 Filed on 16 may 2026, still got no response. How is your after sales service. Plz take some fast action. I am a happy customer with your appliances but your service is torturing me now. I believe hindware will do better on it.

@HindwareApp I have bought a chimney which has stopped working. Your customer care and amazon product information shows there is a warranty till Dec-26. Your service team is denying this. Sent a mail to know about the warranty (IE072265 ). No information shared on warranty.

Scorching heat outside, but my Hindware cooler bought from Flipkart is almost useless because of a faulty motor. Complained 3 TIMES in less than 2 months. Product is under warranty, yet no proper repair or replacement has been provided.

Brought hindware cooler delivered in April 2026.product having manufacturing defect confirmed by service centre it was non repairable but @flipkartsupport says @Hindware_India they say @Flipkart provide you replacement.>1m passed

@HindwareApp @flipkartsupport ग्राहक को डिफेक्टिव प्रोडक्ट दिया गया। कंपनी इंजीनियर ने भी पुष्टि की कि वाटर मोटर खराब है, लेकिन पूरा धनवाद में मोटर उपलब्ध नहीं है। अब Hindware और Flipkart दोनों 7 दिन इंतजार करने को कह रहे हैं। नए प्रोडक्ट में ऐसी समस्या के लिए दोनों जिम्मेदार है
