Honestly unpopular opinion but anything Nigeria sees at the hands of Libya is just desserts. “Miscommunication” gbou gi there. ☺️ You can’t treat their national team like crap- force their private jet to land in PH (when they could have headed straight to Uyo), leave the Libyans stranded in Lagos for 3hours. Then carry out plane inspection for 1 hour before finally providing 3 small buses to take guys wen don hungry and disorient through night journey of over 5hours before getting to their hotel. Hotel they complained was “sub par” - but then again, they still rejected our distinguished Le Meridien Hotel Uyo calling it substandard so I guess their hotel standard na Diamond Star but let’s not digress. If your national team gets abysmal treatment like that you sef talk true, you’d want to retaliate. Libya isn’t South Africa that let this same incompetent treatment slide. Them go return the favour, full measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over. Na you go tire. It just sucks that na our national team players on both sides dey suffer the consequences of incompetence and yes, school yard GBAs - GBOs but maybe this is event that teaches our @thenff et al that some things such as basic logistics and accommodation for guest nations should be sacrosanct and done right. Players welfare shouldn’t be toyed with. Stop calling on @CAF_Online to do mop up for your mess up. No Nigerian worth their salt should be dragging Libyans.
