Anyway, why do British jews have their own ambulances? No other religious group does.
Same with jewish police (shomrim) and maternity services. They also have jewish only beds in the Royal Free hospital.
This isn't just a lack of integration,

It’s interesting to see so many British ‘Patriots’ going into abject meltdown over a few ambulances, but those same people mocked British Veterans who were providing security for a Humanitarian Aid convoy in Gaza and were bombed to smithereens in an Israeli War Crime. Priorities.
