@ComicAcolyte @wexlervgoodman I think if you go into BCS with the expectations of it being some huge thing with explosions everywhere then yes it feels slow. If you go into it with the expectations that it's a law drama about some lawyers doing lawyer things then it's paced perfectly.

Not only that but SRL was clearly planning to always stay on the back foot and not let Duran get close. Mayweather could stand toe to toe with people and beat them without stepping back.

@bart_ogorek I will add though that automatically importing things like rent/mortgage/fuel/food costs per month would be a good feature, but I do think to budget correctly that you should think deeply about exactly where you want to spend every penny that you earn. That's how you get ahead.

@bart_ogorek Hi Bart, thanks for the feedback! In my view a budget is about planning how you're going to spend your money and then sticking to it. How you have historically have spent your money shouldn't really come into it. Plenty of other apps do what you describe and IMHO they fall short

The fact that this issue even has to be mentioned, let alone given a headline, is deeply discouraging to me. What the hell are young programmers being taught that they would even consider the idea that OOP is "dead". Woe to our industry if hard won, tried and tested ideas, like OOP and Design Patterns, are so easily discounted.

OOP is still important, even if you don't think it is. It might not be the hottest new trend, but it is still an incredibly influential software engineering paradigm that has left its mark on the way we develop our software. Why OOP is still important (video link in bio) 📽️

@heyandras @pedrosimao Eh not really. Sometimes you have temporary changes that you don't want to commit but also don't want to add to gitignore. These temp changes might last a while through a few different projects so this command wouldn't really help.

@pedrosimao Ofc if you are making a big feature, it is not recommended. But most commits could be simpler with this.

This saves me 5-10 seconds on each commit.
