It is an incoming president's constitutional prerogative to name whomever he wants to his cabinet, but to choose people who are clearly unqualified, in the case of Justice, Defense, director of national intelligence, people who have never run a large organization and who often flout the values of the agencies they are meant to lead, is a betrayal of the American people and the constitutional duty to serve them.
