I followed my guy to one of his projects today. When he told the plumber he was coming, the plumber asked him not to come, saying today is the main work and suggesting he should come around 5–6pm instead. That already felt suspicious. My guy thought maybe the plumber was up to something So we went there around 11am and met them almost dismantling the whole building. My guy got angry and said he wouldn’t pay the balance unless everything was plastered back properly. The plumber started begging, saying that’s why he didn’t want him to come earlier,he didn’t want him to see the work in progress and promised to fix everything. Honestly, is that professional? With how expensive cement and blocks are, demolishing like that is just wrong.
