with that 4 million interest you can use it and rent a very good 3 bedroom which still severs the purpose and have your 20 million.
now about you , not everyone would have the alhaja privilege , you say say your house is worth 3 times more in 4 years
the reality is if you try for sell the house for that 3 times more price you would struggle to see buyer and end of the day due to you needing money and time , you will succumb to market pressure and market rate i.
you can’t build a house for 20 million and in 4 years sell for 60 million
and let’s even say your case is different for most people , your house price can 3x in 4 years ( it’s impossible) so we can’t only use your case to judge .
but the money market is averaging 20% every year and it’s fixed , that’s much better .

When I built my first house in Abuja, I was earning 250k from one job and another 130k from another job = 380k. I got money to buy land from salary paid after ASUU strike was called off (6 months salary in bulk). From that 380k combined salary I built a well furnished 3 bedroom house. It took me 24 months with an extra loan of 1 million. It took 3 months to save up to buy tiles, some months I buy cement & keep it, another month na only sand the money go reach. But I persevere. Some nights na Akara & akamu me and my wife go drink to bed till we complete everything with fence and gate. When we moved to the house, there's this boldness I had that I can achieve anything I want & nothing is too big for me to achieve. As a man you need that! After few months, an Alhaji knocked on my gate and said he likes the house very beautiful and nice. He asked if I want to sell as he's looking for a house in that area he can do weekends. He asked me for my price I said I am not selling. He disturbed me for months. Bottom line. Don't take advise from online peeps, your reality & their reality are not the same. The house is worth 3x the amount I built it (It's just 4 years ago). There's no amount of interest that would give me 3x the capital in 3 years. Don't take directions from someone who has never been to where you're going or lived your life. Taking advice from strangers is a big risk!

Update on the Jerseys Giveaway
Good evening everyone,
As of this morning, I have successfully dispatched 10 out of the 15 jerseys courtesy of @victorosimhen9.
This is because @_abdulakeem_ has so far shared the list of 10 winners with me since Thursday. The remaining 5 will be sent out immediately once he provides the full details.
Out of the 10 dispatched:
- 4 recipients are in Lagos.
- I have confirmed safe delivery for 3 of them.
- The 4th recipient wasn’t available at the time of delivery, so I personally connected him with the rider over a call to arrange pickup.
All deliveries are being handled with care across Lagos and different cities according to the location of whoever he picks.
On the feedback about the fabric: These are the official Player Version jerseys — the lighter, more breathable material designed for on-pitch performance (same grade used by professionals). They are not the heavier fan/replica versions. one of the winner have expressed dissatisfaction on the preference saying they want thicker style but these are the jerseys I won’t put fake out there. The jersey’s been delivered are sold at that price as I did not add or deduct neither did I change the quality
I’m committed to makingsure every winner receives exactly what meets their expectations.
I appreciate everyone’s understanding as we wrap this up smoothly.

They're some decisions one must neve take out of desperation. The long term may seem attainable but you'll regret it afterwards trust me. Imagine repaying a loan which started in your 30s while you're still trying to figure out life and in your 40s you re trying to complete the loan repayment. You'll literally work a great part of your life in order to repay loans and before you finally find your feet, you're already thinking about family and retirement as you have used the most productive part of your life servicing a loan .
