Not just feeding, but breathing, moving, its heart won't function properly, etc. It's not murder, and it's not a "person" until viability. That's all there is to it.

And therein lies the rub, the legal definition of "living being" does not fit with your definition of it, but in terms of law the legal definition is the one we have to go with.
My personal belief is that a person should be considered a living being the moment that the baby is viable outside of the womb without having to rely on the mother's body for sustenance. I believe that occurs at some point during the Third trimester.
Another important thing to note, miscarriages are technically abortions, but I don't know anyone that would want to criminalize miscarriages since they typically are unintended

Right, if homeschooling is actually super high quality, then homeschooling families should not object to being evaluated, tested, and checked-in-on to make sure their kids are actually learning.

Look, pro-homeschooling people are piling on this guy but he's not wrong at all. I know of families who are straight-up failing to teach their children beyond a 2nd-grade education. Like 16-year-old kids who don't know what the Capital of the US is, have never heard of Toronto, and could not perform a basic algebra problem. While it's true that there are many excellent homeschooling families whose instruction far exceeds that of any public school, the fact is that the American system of "school your kids however you want" does also yield a lot of severely stunted kids who get stuck playing "catch-up" for the rest of their lives. My wife was homeschooled, we might homeschool, I'm not averse to the practice per se, but it's a fact that there's a whole world of multi-generational homeschoolers who are not and will not rise above a 2nd or 3rd grade education level by their own volition. Should the state intervene in these cases? I dunno, the answer to the question is not as "easy" as many make it out to be. The idea of barely getting through 'Mary Had a Little Lamb' at the age of 16 should be appalling, and it IS happening in some American homeschooler families.

It’s time to have a serious conversation about Will Howard.
Howard’s chance of being a Starting NFL QB is close to zero. The guy isn’t an NFL talent. He was a 5th year senior playing in an insanely talented team. With one of the great offensive minds of CFB as his coach. He lacks arm talent and is extremely limited as a thrower.
Yinzers love the underdog, and the backup QB for some weird reason, and I know tom Brady was a 6th rd pick and Purdy was the last pick of the draft. Those are called outliers. Every 20 year type things.
The best comparison I can come up with for will howard is a poor man’s Kenny Pickett. He’s that bad!
