A run-of-the-mill multivitamin can measurably change how your brain ages
In three large randomized controlled trials of older adults (65+), daily Centrum Silver led to about 2 years less brain aging versus placebo
Even more striking, episodic memory aging (remembering experiences, people, and events) looked roughly 5 years “younger” in the multivitamin group
