Vastly underreported crime story from early this morning. Water St used to be safe. Downtown Milwaukee used to be safe. Even just a few years ago. Now numerous shootings have occurred in and around the area. Really wonder what the benefit is now to those who live in downtown and pay through the nose for rent, etc.
