Met during opening weekend in undergrad. We lived in the same dorm and linked up later to find the other Black folk on campus at our PWI (thank god, cause I was finna transfer 😂) We became best friends and the rest is history almost 18 years later 💛

This all sounds simple. But as I’ve looked around the kitchen today there’s a lot of changes that need too occur. Since becoming a mom food has been about conviene 1st & then health-ish.

In 2023 I want to start eating to support my hypothyroidism, vs working against it. From what I’ve learned so far I need to limit processed carbs, sugars, caffeine, dairy & alcohol. Not sure how to limit stress as a full time working mom of a toddler. (Thread)
