If you had the chance to leave Ghana tomorrow, would you take it?
Among Ghanaians with postsecondary education, 78% say they have considered emigrating. What happens when the country’s most educated citizens are thinking about leaving?
On March 10, we’re bringing research, policy insight, and lived experience together to unpack what this means for Ghana’s future.

CDD-Ghana has taken note of public reactions to recent incidents of vote buying reported during the NPP presidential primaries and the NDC parliamentary primary in Ayawaso East.

Partners implementing the Strengthening Accountability, Rule of Law, and Institutional Responsiveness in Ghana (SARIS) project have held a planning meeting to map out activities for the 2026 implementation year.
Discussions focused on advancing anti-corruption efforts, promoting accountable local governance, and strengthening citizen engagement with public institutions, in line with the project’s objectives.
Funded by the European Union (@EuropeInGhana), the SARIS initiative seeks to strengthen the watchdog role of civil society organizations while advocating for reforms that enhance Ghana’s integrity systems.
The project is led by CDD-Ghana, in collaboration with the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition (@GACC_GHANA) and Transparency International Ghana (@tighana_).
