@DavidKa07247477 Not trolling you but fruits have high sugar content—oranges, bananas, mangoes, grapes, apples—and a high source of carbs. Fruits are natural candy and must be a treat and not everyday part of diet particularly for people with or at risk diabetes.

Normalise eating as many fruits as possible. In the many homes I have been to in Zambia and Lusaka in particular, they hardly have fruits as part of their diet.
