This is just a BACKUP for crisis. Most of India’s fuel sits with companies like @IndianOilcl @BPCLimited @HPCL These commercial stocks cover roughly 60–70 days of demand They include both crude oil and refined fuels like petrol and diesel India also has oil on ships coming in, adding another 10–20 days of supply Depot oil simply means refined fuel stored at terminals and depots across the country It is part of commercial stocks, not a separate category Simple way to see it: SPR is emergency stock, commercial stocks run the country daily, and ships keep the supply coming
