Hey @AmericanAir, tell me why you delayed a flight from Charlotte to Gulfport for over 9 hours for weather but won't cover a hotel room? Fly in 2 hours or pay for a hotel when there are no other flights out on any airline. That's absolutely ridiculous and you should be ashamed.

@addyirvine Hotel vouchers aren’t always available, as it depends on the cause of the delay. When delays are due to circumstances beyond our control, accommodations may not be offered. That said, our DMs are always open if you'd like us to take a closer look.
