@AppleSupport I bought iPhone 12 Pro Max and it has been having issue since Feb. Staff and online help centre continue to turn me around and I am still within my manufacturers warranty. I have sent messages no one is listening. @Apple this is very sad whim I bought it from Apple store

@AppleSupport Someone from apple needs to help sort out my issue. My iPhone is still within the one year manufacture warranty and it has been faulty since February it continues to freeze Apple team have not done anything to help and I keep getting passed around 101691388534 case
