They refused to refund me a year’s worth of service after 5 days because of their 3 day cooloff period policy. Surely this is not right!

@VirginMobileUAE the 3 first days network was good because i have 3 days retraction after that, speed starts dropping slowly slowly day after day. I have 5G Dlink router and using iphone 13 pro. Here is the result. My mobile data is faster than this s*** 🤬
