A Tribute from a brother to another: My Brother, Lieutenant NP MIEBAIKE, A Hero Returns to the Stars: Dearest brother, I write these words through a veil of tears, with a heart so heavy it feels it might break under the weight of this silence. On May 1st, 2026, the world grew dimmer, and our lives were changed forever. The news of your sudden demise is a colossal blow, an irreplaceable loss that has left a void no passage of time can ever fill. You weren’t just my brother; you were the pride of the MIEBAIKE FAMILY. We watched with swelling chests as you climbed the ranks of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), graduating in 2025 as a decorated Second Lieutenant. You carried the torch lit by our father, Retired Major DD MIEBAIKE, with such grace and honor. While he began his journey as a cadet, you reached for the stars as a commissioned officer, embodying the very best of our family’s legacy of service to Nigeria. Your departure is a great setback not just to us, but to the Obrigbene federated communities, to Ekeremor L.G.A, and to Bayelsa State Generally. You were our bright light, a symbol of hope and excellence for every youth in our land. Nigeria has lost a fine officer, a patriot, and a man of unwavering courage. Brother, the house is too quiet without you. It feels unnatural to speak of you in the past tense. You were supposed to be our shield for decades to come. How do we comfort our father, a veteran who gave his life to the Army, only to see his brilliant son taken so soon? This burden is too heavy to bear. Though your time with us was short, the impact you made was eternal. You lived with purpose, you served with honor, and you died a hero. As we mourn this IRREPLACEABLE LOSS, we also salute the giant you were. Rest in peace, my brother. Rest in power, Lieutenant. Your name will never be forgotten in the halls of our home and Nation. RIP Lt NP MIEBAIKE By Engr MIEBAIKE (Brother)

He said his friendship ended the day his “soft life” friend kept promising transfers that never came 😭 Man even told his mum he sent birthday money… alert no show for 3 days. Omo had to send 50k himself and tag it as the friend’s gift. Since then, na “How far my bro” level remain 🤝

Finally got a new phone Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart overflowing with gratitude. I pause from the noise of the world, from the rush of daily life, from the distractions that surround me, to say thank You. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness, Your kindness, and Your constant provision. Thank You for the gift of life, for breath in my lungs, for soundness of mind, and for the grace that carries me every single day. Today, in a special way, I lift my voice in thanksgiving for this new phone You have placed in my hands. Though it may seem small in the eyes of some, I know that nothing I receive comes without purpose, and nothing I enjoy comes without Your permission. Father, You are the giver of all good and perfect gifts. Every blessing, whether great or seemingly little, flows from Your loving heart. This phone is not just a device; it is a reminder that You see me, You hear me, and You care about the details of my life. You knew my needs before I spoke them. You knew my desires before they formed in my heart. And in Your own perfect time, You made provision. For this, Lord, I am deeply thankful. Thank You, God, because You are a God who supplies. You are Jehovah Jireh, my provider. Many times, I have wanted things I could not afford. Many times, I have looked at my limitations and wondered how things would work out. Yet You showed me once again that You are not limited by my circumstances. Where my strength ended, Your grace began. Where my resources fell short, Your abundance stepped in. This new phone stands as evidence that You are still in the business of blessing Your children. Lord, I remember the times when my old phone frustrated me—when it froze, when it shut down unexpectedly, when it failed at crucial moments. I remember times when I felt discouraged, wondering how I would keep up with work, communication, learning, and opportunities. Yet even in those moments, You were teaching me patience. You were teaching me gratitude. You were reminding me that my joy should not be rooted in possessions, but in You alone. Now that You have blessed me with this new phone, I choose not to take it for granted. Thank You, Father, for the process that led to this blessing. Thank You for every delay that built my character. Thank You for every “no” that prepared me for this “yes.” Thank You for the lessons learned while waiting. Thank You for the discipline You instilled in me, teaching me to appreciate value and stewardship. I see now that the waiting was not punishment; it was preparation. Lord, I thank You for the hands and minds that made this phone possible. Thank You for the engineers, designers, factory workers, and everyone involved in its creation. Thank You for the wisdom You gave them, because all knowledge comes from You. Thank You for technology, which allows the world to connect, learn, and grow. Thank You for allowing me to live in a time where such tools are available and accessible. Father, I do not want this phone to become an idol in my life. I do not want it to distract me from my purpose or pull my heart away from You. Instead, I ask that it becomes a tool for good. Let it be an instrument for learning, growth, creativity, and positive influence. Let it help me communicate love, encouragement, and truth. Let it help me build meaningful connections and pursue the calling You have placed on my life. Thank You, Lord, for the opportunities this phone represents. Thank You for access to information that can expand my knowledge. Thank You for the ability to create, to write, to record, to share ideas, and to express myself. Thank You for the doors this phone can open—doors to education, work, ministry, and service. I recognize that this is more than a gadget; it is a gateway to potential. Thank You for the lesson. Thank You for the provision. Thank You for the journey.
