The real point is that at this age Yamal can only be compared to 3 players: Pele, Maradona, R9. Both Neymar AND Messi were nowhere near this good at 18. His trajectory puts him on a GOAT level path even though he has not reached either of them just yet.

I always preached that Messi when playing at his worse is more detrimental to a team than Ronaldo at his worse. Messi gets the ball a lot more, makes more mistakes and stupid touches and passes. A smart manager would always pick Ronaldo for their team unless you have world class runners doing all the work for you lol.
