@Halfords_uk I received a call a week and a half ago from Didcot store, to say they were building my son’s bike and to ask if I wanted anything added. I have called the store so many times since and no answer! What do I do to find out when I should go to store?

Wow @Carpetright. Carpet fitters turned up some 8hrs after you said they would, stressed at the number of jobs you had given them. Rushed the job as they still had more jobs to do. Left nails around (I have a baby who is crawling). Your response was appalling!!
