@KLM @mfguraya Extraordinary customer experience!Awaiting compensation for hotel expenses since June. No one can help other than Customer Services, who don't respond to emails. Not Whatsapp, not Facebook, not even live - spent an hour and half in Schiphol trying to get some answers - Nothing!!

@virginmedia Yes, I have and was told they would ship it out both times. I'm happy to drop the stuff off -- there's a place here that partners with you/Collectplus but they need a number/sticker from virgin media

More than three hours trying to get through @virginmedia desperately understaffed call center...but no customer care email option available...any suggestions?

@virginmedia Yes, twice. Both times I was assured the package was on its way. I canceled my service in early February.

Desperately trying to return @virginmedia equipment since February. Despite hours on the phone, they have not sent packaging/sticker required to drop it off.

@YahooCare can't access inbox for adikishore@yahoo.com. Can see mails in window on MyYahoo page but can't get to emails or inbox for 24 hours. Windows diagnostics says connecting to mail.yahoo.com but not responding. Tried mobile app, explorer and chrome.
