@KLM @mfguraya @KLM is basically sticking it's middle finger in the face of it's customers. What's the point of a Whatsapp team if they can't do anything? And of customer service team that WON'T do anything?

@KLM @mfguraya No one can contact the people who can answer across the entire KLM organisation - no other team! And of course, the one team that can sort it out is hidden away behind an email, which they don't answer. It's an amazing business model.

@KLM @mfguraya Extraordinary customer experience!Awaiting compensation for hotel expenses since June. No one can help other than Customer Services, who don't respond to emails. Not Whatsapp, not Facebook, not even live - spent an hour and half in Schiphol trying to get some answers - Nothing!!

@virginmedia Yes, I have and was told they would ship it out both times. I'm happy to drop the stuff off -- there's a place here that partners with you/Collectplus but they need a number/sticker from virgin media

Desperately trying to return @virginmedia equipment since February. Despite hours on the phone, they have not sent packaging/sticker required to drop it off.

@YahooCare can't access inbox for adikishore@yahoo.com. Can see mails in window on MyYahoo page but can't get to emails or inbox for 24 hours. Windows diagnostics says connecting to mail.yahoo.com but not responding. Tried mobile app, explorer and chrome.

@YahooCare not been able to get access to email for nearly 24 hours, on phone or via web (Chrome). Can see emails in MyYahoo window but can't click through to them or open inbox. Can't even open the Yahoo help page.
