If you had asked me a year ago, I would have said that AI would make human-centric jobs more important and pertinent. HR would have been squarely in that bucket. Today, I think that AIs would actually be better than humans at HR. More empathetic, more objective, more consistent. And I think that humans would likely prefer to have a bunch of HR conversations with an AI. It's just easier. Less drama. Less pressure. We live in weird times.

I need to hire 60 engineers this year. I want to build an AI agent/orchestration of agents that acts as a world-class sourcing recruiter to make this possible. High-level design: 1) Agent scours a recruiting pool (think producthunt, glassdoor, indiehackers, X, linkedin, github) and identifies prospects of interest based on qualitative/quantitative criteria 2) Agent adds prospects of interest to a database, which then gets enriched with Linkedin URL, email, and anything else that is necessary to send a customized message 3) Agent runs an outreach campaign to candidate (with combination of messaging & outreach channels) from my accounts (my email and linkedin). If candidate expresses interest in learning more, we send them our tik-tok style hiring site with more info and if they're still interested they formally apply. 4) Agent tracks their progress in Ashby (our ATS) and then updates its list-building strategies/focus based on which sources are responsible for the most late-stage/hired candidates. How should I approach building this? Grateful to @SadhguruAcademy for providing the opportunity to speak at INSIGHTS 2025. For those unaware, the INSIGHT program is a 4-day endeavor to bring super-successful entrepreneurs and business experts together to share and analyze the DNA of their success. It is a unique blend of spirituality, business, ethics, and leadership. I spoke about how AI is unstoppable, currently underused, and, of course, addressed the everlasting question: "Will AI replace our jobs?" 😅 It was a stunning experience to explore the DNA of success with the visionaries, including legendary speakers. A special mention to the Resource Leaders assigned to every group. They facilitated the sessions and provided immense value through their shared experiences. My top 4 punchy takeaways from the session: 1. Leaders should be ON the line, not ONLINE. 2. Good judgment comes from experience; experience comes from bad judgment. 3.
