@Fidelity The generic response doesn’t give me any faith that @Fidelity actually cares. Otherwise , customers would be able to handle all transactions in the office or when we call we would be able to speak to a high level manager.

@Fidelity @Mrhapinow @Fidelity why do you care? When I called and asked who I could speak with to complain, I was told there wasn’t a customer feedback form. My husband wrote a physical letter and overnighted it and the issues still weren’t addressed. How about allowing people to visit a branch.

@Fidelity Go with any other brokerage other than this one. My husband had a stroke and during that time his company switched brokerage firms. @Fidelity is now treating his stroke and aphasia as a mental incapacity and forcing him to set up a power of attorney. Not ADA friendly.
