It’s not easy to even come to terms yourself with what happened- and the justice system not only is a joke with these things, it’s extremely re-traumatizing and humiliating on top of it.

i think a lot of people need to step back and realize that the worst case scenario for the whole TADC in theaters situation is… getting spoiled on the ending of a show. i understand being upset but like… it’s not THAT bad

If they shoved TADC on YouTube the *day* after, it’d cost the theatres their money too. It’s why when any production goes in theatres, it takes 2-4 months for it to then be released digitally.

I don’t say never but how could that possibly be the answer to every single issue that comes up? As many messed up people is walking around here now. Gentle parenting was just a thing in the last couple of years. So what’s the matter with the rest of us adults?

Being overwhelmed is not a reason to dunk on another mom. She’s overwhelmed. Listen your 3 year old is operating under the assumption that she is in control and that is a feeling that brings about chaos, anger, and resentment in a small child. Whatever you have done in the past to discipline this child is not working. Her outbursts are far more painful for you than they are for her. This is completely unsustainable and even less likely to encourage her to stop. The tantrum must make her uncomfortable enough to discourage this behavior as a tool to get her needs met. It is up to you to know A. What need is being met? B. What will it take to remove this behavior from her toolbox of options? Her behaviors are running the show. You are managing YOUR behaviors to avoid her behaviors instead of training her to be tolerable in public. This is extremely hard. Fix her diet, her sleep schedule, involve her dad, and radically change your approach to discipline. This child should never again assume they are tasked with managing their own environment with their behavior.

Sure an extra 3-4 episodes never hurts and I’m not against filler- but I also love works that allow for interpretations. TADC I think isn’t bad for what its done by any means, and plus, its what Goose wanted for the show.
