@RichardESt48397 @beyoncegarden fair enough i'm willing to agree that the use of force is unjustified. I personally wouldn't do it. I just can't agree with people saying its not littering.

@aerospacefnatic @beyoncegarden The law says his use of force was unjustified. Unfortunately, there a too many psychologically unfit people in police work in the USA. You've just seen one of them.

@foundmykey @beyoncegarden i mean a whole different type of situation but they get a bunch of tickets too. I'm sure if they threw one on the ground in front of an officers face they would get arrested too.

@1LT_Obvious @beyoncegarden i agree him yanking her was uncalled or but he was within grounds to arrest her. He could've grabbed her and arrested her fs (up to his discretion). Littering is an arrestable offense. as i said its up to officer discretion so most of the time they will ticket.

@aerospacefnatic @beyoncegarden As stated in the law you quoted, littering is an infraction. Infractions do not justify use of force. The most he could have legally done was write her another ticket for littering.

@Rensontwitts @beyoncegarden if that were the case then why cant we all litter a piece of paper. Its the culmination of "a piece of paper" that makes it a hazard

@RichardESt48397 @beyoncegarden imo he pulled her out of frustration which is completely wrong because he basically grabbed her for no reason. If he had arrested her I don't think he is in the wrong but I disagree with it morally because you don't have to go that far for the arrest. Maybe grab but not yank.

@RichardESt48397 @beyoncegarden Well she did litter question is was it lawful or not. If she littered in her backyard then its lawful as its not a hazard but on her porch its a hazard cuz its not in a bin. which is littering and up to officer discretion for punishment. (I have more to add refer to next comment
