Urothelial carcinoma in-situ (CIS) can be challenging to identify when cells have abundant cytoplasm. In this case of malignant cells spread into cystitis cystica, the sharp contrast with background benign normal urothelial cells is helpful. #gupath

Letter sent by Albert Einstein to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk (September 17, 1933) asking him to let Jewish scientists work in Turkey as Germany was not safe. Ataturk protected the scientists, and they helped Turkish universities to grow.

Today, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey, which is where I was born and received most of my training, all thanks to our founding leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. His words right after winning our War of Independence are still of great significance today.
