Before joining @CBAforAfrica, I had always been curious about how the music business truly works. I wanted to understand how songs get pushed to the world, how successful managers and labels help artists grow and stay relevant for decades,

One of the biggest things I’ve learned from the CBA program so far is that there is really no fixed blueprint or fast route to success in the creative industry like many of us once believed. #CBAForAfrica26 @cbaforafrica

Before I knew the music industry was an actual industry — I was just a kid obsessed with the music, the videos, the art. @cbaforafrica didn’t just teach me. It confirmed what I always felt and showed me the structure behind it.

Before #CBAForAfrica26, I thought the music business was mostly about talent. Now I’m learning it’s also about community, storytelling, positioning, culture, and understanding people. The biggest lesson so far? Real growth happens when creative people build together, not alone.
