Greetings My fellow Nigerians, I learned that Binance has the capacity to destroy an economy blessed with oil, farmland, people, and exotic minerals. I just want clarity. If Nigeria Air was deployed, how much economic activity would that have contributed to the FGN?

Most of you guys shouting in favor of Binance need a bit more of civic education. A country’s body is its borders while its blood is its currency. Non of these two should be compromised in the least, not by anyone else. Binance is a non state actor, yet providing a platform for speculative activity against our sovereign blood, the Naira. Do you know what it takes for our founding fathers to win the battle for Nigeria to have its independent currency? Why we are not using shillings like Kenya and Egypt, or Cefa like francophone countries? So you want a non state actor like Binance to encroach upon our hard won reputation? You may think what you are doing is an opposition politics, yet what you are playing at is an anti-Nigerian game. There are times when politics are set aside in the overall national interest. This Binance situation is the case. $26bn is beyond our annual federal budget and cannot flow through a platform, from our country without our regulatory oversight or taxation benefits. We must exert our sovereign rights. ONSA has done a great job.
