➡️Rwanda's economy grew by 9.4% in 2025, outperforming projections and confirming the strength of our macroeconomic fundamentals. The performance reflects consistent policy execution, prudent macroeconomic management, and sustained investment across productive sectors of the economy. For businesses and investors, the signal is clear: we continue to provide a stable, predictable, and pro-business environment, anchored in strong institutions, ongoing reforms, and a clear long-term development vision.

It's not that "Rwanda could withdraw", it's that "Rwanda WILL withdraw" its troops from Mozambique, if sustainable funding is not secured for its counter-terrorism operations in Cabo Delgado. We didn't pay hundreds of millions of dollars and our RDF soldiers didn't pay the ultimate sacrifice to stabilize this region, allow IDPs to return home, children to go back to school, businesses to reopen, and mega investments in LNG to resume, just to see our valiant soldiers being constantly questioned, vilified, criticised, blamed or sanctioned by the very countries that greatly benefit from our intervention in Mozambique. Indeed, we are ready to leave Mozambique, if our work and achievements are not appreciated.

Rwanda has signalled that it could withdraw its troops from Mozambique's Cabo Delgado province, where they are helping to counter deadly insurgent attacks, if the mission was no longer backed by sufficient and predictable external funding. reuters.com/world/africa/r…

“Rwanda aims to be a high-income country, by 2050. That requires abundant electricity, and that is why we have decided to make nuclear energy central to our strategy. Achieving this requires strong institutions, sound regulation, and an educated workforce, and that is the foundation Rwanda is building. Rwanda is determined to do what it takes, to power our development with nuclear energy, and we look forward to you being a part of this journey.” President Kagame | Nuclear Energy Summit.

Huge thanks to @RDBrwanda for the incredible experience at the @LAClippers game! It was more than just a game—it was the perfect backdrop for meaningful conversations about the future of #conservation in Africa. From the vibrant energy of our #AfricanYouth to our shared commitment to protecting the majestic gorillas in Volcanoes National Park, it’s clear: sport is a powerful anchor for the change we want to see. Grateful for this partnership and excited to continue turning conversations into action on the ground!

Kigali’s Vibe for the Week-end ! Kigali’s building another marvel… Parklane Center! Yesterday with @CityofKigali Mayor we officially broke ground on a 25‑storey mixed‑use tower that will reshape our skyline. ✨ 5‑star hotel + penthouse ✨ Modern office spaces ✨ First-ever 25m infinity pool on the 15th floor ✨ A bridge connecting directly to the Kigali Convention Centre This is more than a building — it’s a symbol of Rwanda’s ambition and the future we’re creating for our cities. More skyscrapers coming. Kigali ni uburyohe🌆🇷🇼 Congz to Parklane Group and Motta Engil! Question to abafundi & Architects: Is there any other infinity pool on a cantilever beam in Africa, or is this another... Where is Rwanda first to build?

➡️We are making steady progress in consolidating One Stop Center services onto a single digital platform: onestopcentre.rdb.rw. As part of this transition, business registration services go live on the platform effective 4 January 2026. Services already available include building permits and agro-processing licenses, with many more to be added in the coming months. Centralizing digital services simplifies how investors and businesses access government services by reducing institutional fragmentation and providing a single, unified point of access. The new system will improve transparency and predictability, enable end-to-end digital submission and tracking of applications, and support faster, more consistent service delivery across institutions. Thank you for your patience during this transition. A public awareness campaign will follow in early 2026 to support smooth adoption.
