@clinthanos Let her sleep. The school should have sleeping mats for babies.

Children need sleep. It is common sense.
Waking up your children at 4 am to go to school is ignorance.
Pre-teens (9 to 12 years old) should be asleep by 9 pm and wake up at 6 am.
Early schoolers (5 to 8 years old) should be asleep by 8 pm and wake up at 6 am.
Preschoolers (3 to 5 years old) should be asleep by 8 pm and wake up at 7 am.
Toddlers should sleep. They should not go to any school or day care.
Children must all take a 30-minute to 1-hour afternoon nap.
Sleep is necessary for brain development, hormonal health and mental hygiene.
We are raising human beings, not robots.

🚨 Kenya’s forests are under attack. A proposed amendment to Section 56 of FCM Act will allow roads and utilities through public forests. With 10 ha of Ngong Road Forest already targeted, this threat is real. Tell your Senator to reject & #VoteNOSection56(2). #HandsOffOurForests

Some people have bad breath despite brushing their teeth,
There are these tiny films called tonsilloliths or tonsil stones.
Inside them, bacteria hide there leading to foul breath.
The best way to deal with them is to regularly gargle your mouth with saline water, hydrogen peroxide or sodium bicarbonate.
Of course, avoid sugar, fluoridated toothpaste and mouthwash.
Also, breathe through your nostrils always, not through your mouth.
Gargle in the morning, and at bedtime.

The @LawSocietyofKe has moved to the Supreme Court to challenge the surveillance provisions of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018 and I want every Kenyan to understand why this matters.
In March 2026, the Court of Appeal struck down Sections 22 and 23 of the Act. These are the provisions that criminalised publishing false or misleading information online. The court rightly described them as akin to unguided missiles likely to net innocent citizens. That was a necessary and welcome outcome.
However, the court upheld Sections 48–53, which permit the State to intercept your emails, voice calls and digital communications for up to 9 months, compel service providers to hand over your subscriber data and search any person present on premises during a data-related warrant all with what we believe is insufficient judicial oversight.
LSK, together with @BAKE_Kenya, @Article19EA, and @KUJKenya, has now petitioned the Supreme Court to determine whether these provisions meet the threshold set by Articles 31 and 33 of our Constitution which codifies the right to privacy and the right to free expression. The Supreme Court has certified the application as urgent.

France banned food imports containing traces of five EU-outlawed pesticides.
Mancozeb, thiophanate-methyl, carbendazim, benomyl, and glufosinate are tied to cancer risk and reproductive harm.
Kenya still permits all five, so we will not export fresh produce to France.
Retards!
BRAVIN YURI@BravinYuri
Ask yourself how much Kenya exports to France vs how much we import from there then compare the notes and tell us who is winning. You can't call it a partnership when one side is winning big. We have become a consumer nation. We just export too much lies these days.

@BravinYuri 🇰🇪 has 1B tons of coal - $75B. Yet they tell us it's evil for the environment, while SA runs on 80%+ coal for reliable power. We can use modern plants with scrubbers, filters & ash reuse to cut pollution heavily. SA,China,India are using it. Wealthy nations are against us using it
