That’s, to me at least, why they haven’t said anything yet, they already know they’re suing for the tariffs, they’re probably gauging if saying something would be worth it due to the retaliation. Not saying I agree with them saying nothing, of course

The president has the emotional maturity of a 9 year old and would interpret it as a political stance for Nintendo to not want their IP used w/o permission for war propaganda. He’d probably retaliate on them somehow.
