Last, but perhaps most importantly, particular accounting and other financial firms are SERIOUSLY raking in public funds, including firms like Santilli & Thompson and Omnivest that represent some of our Local’s schools.

This article is a great read, pointing out VERY troubling facts about Philly charter schools (see reply). However, New Foundations, Folk Arts-Culture Treasures, West Oak Lane, and Northwood are all Philly charter schools with Union representation :)
