It's funny reflecting on how much imposter syndrome I have faced throughout my time here. Social media isn't exactly my favorite place to invest time and energy. However, my interests in crypto and NFTs lead me here; with the intention to connect with people all around the world. I long to create meaningful relationships built on trust. I enjoy traveling and exploring this beautiful Earth instead of the hanging out in the metaverse. I stride to constantly gain experience and be open to new perspectives, so I can relate to others more authentically. If you are reading this, we probably share a common interest in crypto or NFTs. Twitter has seen plenty of transformation over the past 2 years. I guess I need to call it "X" now, and need the special character "X" updated on my Iphone. The NFT and crypto space I have been apart of for 7 years now. I actually started onboarding people into NFTs through Instagram, until the Facebook Fact checkers deleted my 16k follower account because of my views on Covid. This bear market cycle has hit harder than last, observing the emotional release of capitulation by friends in 4k HD on the timeline. There has been a lot of "influencers" who have rugged this ecosystem for millions of dollars. Many of those accounts have been deleted, some still plague the space to this day. The speculation and ability for people to invest money into someone they have never met and doesn't even know them blows my mind. Watching people drop a single wallet tweet and raise millions of dollars, then rug with 0 repercussion. To this day I still believe Twitter Spaces was the number 1 catalyst towards 0. I have listened to hundreds of thousands of hours of garbage from crypto influencers with very little substance. Many of them are still using their audience as exit liquidity. I took place in some of the first Twitter Spaces, often met with hatred and anger because of the jpg I use as a profile picture. Those influencers calling me a scammer and attempting to send my self-esteem to 0. The platform I have now has cost me a couple hundred thousand dollars. I have 3 Twitter accounts, @BoredApeSolClub, @GooseTheBAYC, and @dak_daze. I have bought over 10,000 NFT's. I think Elon and his rev share model is amazing, but I can't plan on that being my road back to break even. I'm actually still paying him $20 a month. Buying JPG's on the internet for hundreds of thousands of dollars sounds insane to "normies". Those people are right, as 99% of NFT's have failed and done nothing but trend to 0 value. The people who won, rugged and left the ecosystem a long time ago. Those who are still here standing, leading a project or community, are fighting slander, hatred, and intense pressure to deliver enough value to offset those who rugged and left. People are down 99% and want 1 person or 1 project to be their lottery ticket back to break even. Most of those people don't do anything to support the person or project other than place the jpg as their profile picture, tweet GM, and ask wen moon. I actually enjoy this space now more than ever. I believe we have an extremely long way to go before people stop calling us insane, but the noise and hype have finally died down. If you are reading this message, all I can say is you have a heavy appetite for risk. The safest bet anyone can make is on themselves. I am bullish on me. Are you bullish on you? How though do I bet on myself and make back my losses from this bear market? Lots of people are scared to ask for help in life or admit how much they are currently down on investments. All of this has been a big experiment and hobby for me. I own a multi million dollar company and wanted to try and allocate some funds to get rich quick. Little did I know my first PFP would be my last PFP. So, I will continue to keep showing up with this $69 derivative BAYC ape and shine light and love where I can. Doesn't seem like the top projects in this space have all the answers. Give me a follow, engage with me on the timeline, and let's figure this NFT cycle out together. APES TOGETHER STRONG
