I genuinely don't understand people like Bezos and Musk. If I had billions of dollars, I would just start fixing everything. Homeless veterans sleeping on the streets? Not on my watch. Hungry children going to bed with empty stomachs? Hell no. They could be making life better but instead choose to build spaceships and data centers to pump stocks and destroy the planet

@MetamateDaz Because it’s not their billions of dollars. Most of it is tied up in stocks of the companies they run. By law, they have a duty to get all the profit they can to the shareholders not give the shareholders money away.

@Dear_Men_Life @CNBC 'heavy is the head that wears the crown" The greater the material attachments, the more screwed they are in the next life. Billionaires are the most screwed bec they are the most entangled in the illusion of material prosperity. Maybe Bezos is beginning to understand this.

So hilarious that anybody with an IQ over 100 believes the promise of a "UBI" or a "Universal High Income" when AI and robots take most human jobs. Do you seriously think the government that no longer needs you is going to hand you money just to keep you around, when you pay no income tax, produce nothing for them, and only COST the government more debt and currency destabilization? They might roll one out in the short-term to keep you deceived, but they can't fund it long-term. The real plan is obvious: Mass extermination.
