It took me all of 8 seconds to find hundreds of federal fraud cases prosecuted that were less than 1.5 million. The vast majority of all fraud cases are under 1.5 million. JD Vance is just another lying sack. Maybe he meant Trump won’t pardon fraudsters unless they pay 1.5 million.
