It's pretty simple: I do the same thing every morning- exercise, coffee, meditation, reading. Somewhere in there I acknowledge the Good in the world and prepare for the sliver of bad. When I walk out that door, I am in tune with my Part: I am 100% responsible for how I respond to the Day. I am not a victim. #recoveryposse #mentalhealth

If you ask children to do something they have to do… they’re going to kick off in a lot of instance. Tell them they need to do it and support them in it

Spend 2 hour outside chopping wood = feel awesome …check social media for 2 minutes, 30minute later flicking through reels = feel shit. I need to fucking learn!!!
