@PA_Supremacist mmm seems like a complicated project for tiny Richmond. there are studies about adding a cap in the Jackson Ward area, which would be nice. I’d argue 95 should stay for now and the Downtown Expressway should be removed. that would remove that ramp closest to Main Street Station.

Richmond should do what Boston did and put their highway underground. It really is worth the time and money. That way, Richmond Main Street station will be given the grand treatment it deserves and the neighborhoods surrounding the station will begin to thrive!

Specifically, Arizona in 2016 (5 ➡️ 7), Georgia in 2016 (7 ➡️ 9), and Utah this year (5 ➡️ 7).
